Protective Films 

Acrylic/Polyester Protective Films: NT-4500, 4502, 5000, 5002

Our protective films are designed with a clear, controlled low tack acrylic adhesive permanently bonded to a transparent polyester film for clean removal with no adhesive residue even  after exposure to extreme temperatures. The 4500 Series offers .5 mil and .75 mil adhesive on a 1.5 mil film backing; the 5000 Series is constructed with the same gauge adhesive on a 2 mil film backing. All of these products are used to protect various substrates, nameplates, instrument panels, specialty metals and plastics during fabrication and installation. They are also used for automotive and aerospace production during machining, handling, shipping and storage.

Silicone/Polyester Protective Films: NT-500

NT-500 is constructed with 1.5 mil silicone adhesive on five mil electrical grade polyester. It is designed to protect a variety of substrates in applications that require better chemical and temperature resistance than that offered by protective films with acrylic adhesive. The film backing does not shrink after exposure to elevated temperatures and provides clean removal.
